Ingredients:
- 3 large eggplants.
- 1/2 kilogram of ground beef.

- 2 tablespoons of tomato paste.
- 1 tablespoon of salt.
- 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper.

- 2 cups of water.
- Oil for frying the eggplant.
Preparation:

- Pour boiling water and let the mixture cook for 10 minutes.
- In an oven dish, place a layer of eggplant, then a layer of the meat mixture, and repeat the process.
- Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake in the oven for 20 minutes.
- Remove the aluminum foil and return the dish to the oven for another 10 minutes until the surface is golden brown.
